Cardone Capital expands exposure to Bitcoin with new purchase

Real estate investment firm Cardone Capital has acquired 185 Bitcoins worth approximately $15.3 million, a move aimed at continuing to expand its presence in the digital asset space as part of its financial strategy and diversifying its investments.

The company promotes projects that combine real estate and cryptocurrency, focusing primarily on multifamily properties.

Incorporating Bitcoin into its portfolio aims to diversify its return sources and reduce reliance on traditional real estate investments.

The move comes as the digital currency market is experiencing a sharp decline, with the price of Bitcoin falling to around $80,000 before partially recovering to $84,000 at the time of writing.
