TOKEN2049 Dubai conference postponed to 2027 due to geopolitical tensions

According to official news, due to the current geopolitical situation, one of the largest annual events in the digital currency industry, the Dubai “TOKEN2049” conference, has been postponed to 2027.

According to the “Wu Blockchain” platform, the conference was originally scheduled to be held in April this year and will be held from April 21 to 22, 2027.

The organizers explained in an official statement that the decision was not easy, noting that preparations are progressing well but ensuring the safety of participants and the ability of the global crypto community to attend the conference at the usual volume and quality are top priorities.

The decision comes days after organizers confirmed the event would take place despite other conferences being suspended due to rising tensions in the region.
